Is Hatırla İslam free?
Yes. Every core feature — prayer times, the full Quran reader, qibla compass, digital tasbih, daily prayers, the 99 Names of Allah and khatm tracking — is free. The app is supported by non-personalized (contextual) ads. An optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is available, but it never gates any feature.
Do you collect my location data?
Your location is processed only on your device to compute prayer times and the qibla direction. It is not sent to our servers, never used for ads or cross-device tracking, and is not shared with third parties.
Does it work offline?
The Quran reader, qibla compass and most of the daily prayers work fully offline. Prayer times are cached so they keep working without internet for a full day. New community posts and notifications need a connection.
Which devices are supported?
iOS 16 and later (iPhone), and Android 10 and later. Lock screen widgets, Dynamic Island and Live Activities are supported on iOS; home screen widgets on Android.
How are prayer times calculated?
Prayer times follow the calculation method of Türkiye's Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet). The astronomical solar depression for fajr (imsak) is 18° below the horizon and for isha 17°. Calculation runs on-device using your latitude and longitude.
When will Hatırla İslam launch?
The app is in pre-launch and scheduled to release in 2026 for both iOS and Android. Join the waitlist to be notified the day it's available on the App Store and Google Play.
