Nothing changes astronomically: the sun keeps the same schedule, only the clock is redefined. Because these times are calculated in Europe/Paris rather than a fixed UTC offset, the transition is handled automatically. This is one of the differences between France and Türkiye, which abolished seasonal clock changes in 2016.
